The doctor reportedly arrived a 7 a.m. The surgery did not begin until 8:14 a.m.
The jury found the midwife was not responsible for the brain injury that the baby suffered. The jury found the doctor liable for medical malpractice and awarded damages. Philadelphia medical malpractice attorney can assist you if you or your beloved one ever involve in such situation.
